Lovely workout but could have done with twice the amount of reps (30 minutes instead of 15)

I need to install an anchor like this in my house. it makes lots of movement doable. with door trx is hard to follow some movements.

I find it quit hard to do inverted row if the TRX band is on the Door
Go as low as you can - facing to your anchor - bent knees will make it easier, straight legs will make it harder🙂🙌🏼
